Sareb sells Logroño multi-screen cinema to Immochan

The company has now sold its 87% stake in the Ábaco multi-screen cinema, located in the Parque Rioja shopping and leisure centre (Logroño) to Immochan España, the real estate arm of Auchan Holding.

The property comprising a built floor area of 9,373 sqm, and which was previously operated as a 14 screen cinema complex, was sold along with 8 additional retail units in the shopping centre. The rest of the retail archade is also owned by Immochan España.
