Juan Ignacio Ruiz de Alda holds a degree in Law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid -CEU and he has over 30 years of experience in the real estate sector. He has directed development, restoration and property sale projects in Spain and overseas.

He was Deputy Managing Director of the Corporación Inmobiliaria Hispamer/Vallehermoso and founding partner of Parkhabitat Tasaciones. He has also held various positions at Grupo Santander and was a Board Member at Metrovacesa.
