Sareb to showcase at MIPIM 2019 in Cannes

This year Sareb has its own stand at MIPIM where it will showcase a wide array of assets for specialist investors. The Palais de Festivals in Cannes (France) – the venue for the world’s largest real estate fair – will open its doors to sector professionals between 12 and 15 March.

The Sareb stand will present investors with no less than 6 million sqm of serviced development land and land designated for development located across more than 30 Spanish provinces. These assets include both land, as well as development works in progress and works on hold.

This land from the Sareb portfolio will be complemented by other real estate assets such as residential properties, hotels, tourist apartments, logistics properties and offices, totalling almost two hundred properties located across 38 Spanish provinces.
