Enric Rovira joins Sareb’s Board of Directors

Sareb approved the appointment of Enric Rovira Masachs as a new member of the company’s Board of Directors, representing Banco Sabadell. He will replace Miguel Montes, who is currently overseeing the integration of British bank TSB, following its acquisition by the institution this year.

Enric Rovira is currently Deputy Managing Director of Banco Sabadell, as well as heading up the Asset Conversion, Industrial and Real Estate Holdings Department at the bank. He also previously managed the Corporate Banking and Global Operations Unit at the bank.

Sareb’s Board of Directors thanked Miguel Montes for his dedication to the Company, whilst at the same time welcoming the new director’s arrival. “With such extensive experience in the financial and real estate sectors, Enric Rovira will be a great addition to Sareb’s Board of Directors and a valuable asset in helping us achieve our divestment mandate over the coming years”, stated Executive Chairman, Jaime Echegoyen.
