Sareb attends ‘Barcelona Meeting Point’ to showcase its properties aimed at private owners

Sareb will have its own stand at the 23rd edition of Barcelona Meeting Point (BMP), the real estate fair held in Centre 8 of the Fira Barcelona Exhibition Centre between 16 and 19 October. The company will present over 150 residential properties at this international platform for real estate products and services.

Sareb’s offering features private homes from 12 developments, most of which are located in Catalonia. Over half of the properties are located in the province of Barcelona, although there are also some located in Girona, Tarragona and Lleida. In the province of Lleida, the company is offering a brand-new development of four-bed apartments and duplexes in the town of Mont, near the Baqueira ski resort, with prices starting from €220,000. In Sant Andreu de Llavaneres (Barcelona), Sareb is also offering two-bed homes in a new-build development, featuring gardens and excellent specifications, starting from €250,000.

The most affordable property in Sareb’s selection at the international fair, is located in Mataró (Barcelona) and priced at €97,000. Another highlight in terms of its size, specifications and location, is a two-floor villa development in the town of San Lluis – near Mahón – on the island of Menorca, where prices stand at €392,900.

With a considerable amount of properties in Sareb’s portfolio located in Catalonia, the company recently opened a regional office led by Vicente García Barres in Barcelona to manage all its transactions in Catalonia, the Balearic Islands and Aragón.
