Sareb attends Expo Real (in Munich), showcasing a wide range of residential and commercial properties

Sareb is currently attending Expo Real 2019, the world’s leading real estate fair, held in Munich, Germany. The company’s stand showcases a range of properties including residential units, unfinished developments, hotels, retail units, industrial warehouses and plots of land for residential and commercial development.

Sareb joins close to 2,100 companies from all over the world at Expo Real, which is expected to welcome some 45,000 visitors. At the fair, Sareb has presented a residential portfolio containing single-family homes, terraced homes and apartments, most of which are either new-build or have never been lived in. Selected for their specifications and locations, they are primarily situated along the Mediterranean coast. One of the highlights is the Hacienda del Álamo Golf Resort in Murcia, which benefits from sport facilities, a swimming pool and a golf course. Similar properties near the beach include the Mar Menor Golf Resort and Las Terrazas de la Torre II Golf Resort, both of which are in Torre Pacheco.

The portfolio also includes apartments in Algorfa (Alicante), a terraced villa development in Castellón, apartments in Peñíscola, three apartment developments in different areas of Almería, a residential complex in Ayamonte (Huelva) and apartments in Mijas (Malaga).

For those looking for hotel assets, Sareb is also marketing eight urban hotels, 13 country hotels and one coastal hotel, located across the regions of Aragón, Asturias, Cantabria, Castilla-La Mancha, Castilla y León, Catalonia, Extremadura, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands and Galicia. These properties, which vary in terms of degree of completion and state of repair, include a wide variety of establishments, ranging from a rural hotel in Valle de Miera (Santander) – with access to a golf course designed by Severiano Ballesteros – to a historic 4-star urban hotel in the centre of Ávila.

The lion’s share of the company’s holiday properties are tourist apartments. In total, the sales portfolio comprises 490 such properties, all at varying stages of development and most located in the coastal areas of Andalusia, Catalonia, the Region of Valencia, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands and Asturias.

Commercial sector and unfinished developments.

The portfolio presented by Sareb in Munich features a notable number of properties from the commercial and logistics sector, primarily offices, warehouses and retail units. The offices comprise over 60,000 sqm in total and are mostly located in the provinces of Madrid, Valencia, Palma de Mallorca, Barcelona and Córdoba. The retail units are located across the whole of the Spanish mainland, the Balearics and the Canary Islands.

Taking advantage of the investment opportunities on offer in the logistics sector, Sareb has selected a range of warehouses with different uses in Aragón, Castilla y León, Catalonia, the Region of Madrid and the Region of Valencia. The remaining properties being marketed at Sareb’s stand are unfinished developments, with a dozen properties at varying construction phases, and circa 44,000 sqm of land for development.
